There's an easy way to fix this. All you need from the Powertoys are sendtox.dll and sendtox.inf - about 38k in total. First thing I always do when I build a PC is to throw these two files into the system folder and install the inf file. Then you get the option to Move as well as Copy. Works ok in XP, too.
Anybody want's 'em, just ask.
