to me this is very baffling because by right clicking you MUST get a context menu. I too have internet explorer version 6.0 updated and right clicking i get following menu
(1)back/forward/save background as/set as background/copybackground/set as desk top item/paste----ALL THESE ITEMS ARE GREYED OUT
(2)SELECT ALL/CREATE SHORTCUT/ADD TO FAVOURITES/VIEWSOURCE/ENCODING/PRINT/REFRESH/PROPERTIES---all these options are available
(3)NOTE-- I just discovered that internet explorer version 6.0 does not have a" save as " on right clicking!!

FTP= FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL. what this essentially means is instead of completly
disabling NAV you disable only selective features for a particular need and is a much better suggestion than mine.
I have been able to access both the links given by you with internet explorer 6.0. and saved in notepad the first page.

To apply a software update:
Download the update
Scan the update with a virus checker
Unzip it to the same folder from which you are already running thePaidHelp.
Overwrite the existing files with those in the version update.
Each update contains all the changes from previous updates, and so only the latest version needs to be downloaded and applied to your PC.
If you have problems with the zipped file, you can download individual copies of the files for the latest version here.

I have also been able to download the first program in link 2 (i got upto the point of giving a file name for the download and then cancelled it since i do not need it but just to verify.)
link-1 has three different types of scholorships but you need adobe acrobat reader to access them and i hope you have this reader.
under the circumstances and as of now i can only suggest you use mozzilla fire fox browser which has a " save target as " feature when you right click a web page.hope you will be succesful assuming you have fire fox( it is freeware and downloadable from (www.mozilla.org/products/firefox)[this will also give you an idea whether you are able to "DOWNLOAD AT ALL OR NOT"
finally I cn only hope the forum rules permit such huge posts.
