I tried @Backup for their one-month free trial. At least where I live
(Ontario, Canada) I found the connection to be poor. It needed to
disconnect and reconnect many times in order to complete one backup. I was
only backing up approx 5-6 MB of data. I heard from one of their staff,
after I didn't sign up for the service. He asked me what I didn't like
about the service, and I told him. He said he'd look into it, but
basically, when the answer to my problem was not immediately apparent, he
gave up on the question, because I didn't hear from him again. So, that
service in particular, I would not recommend. Perhaps in other locations,
however, it works more reliably.
