nCase is a spyware. Do not re-install. If you have used Shockwave recently
to play Internet games, that's where you picked it up from. I recommend
downloading the free SpyBot, a nifty little spyware removal program, and get
rid of nCase. You don't need nCase to run your games or Shockwave. The
reason nCase wants you to re-install is so it can send you more pop-ups and
spams.
