Jim,
There are two files which together comprise Eudora's address book :
nndbase.txt and nndbase.toc.
In addition, if your client has categorised some of the addresses into
different folders in the address book, she or he will also need to backup
the "Nicknames" directory. (In case he or she isn't sure, check if the
"Nicknames" directory in the Eudora folder is empty -- if it is empty, it
can be ignored for backup purposes; otherwise, this folder needs to be
copied out as well).
