Hi All:

I have been fighting with this issue for a while and cannot figure it out.
I have setup shortcuts with maximized windows set and still not happening.
I think that there must be a registry entry/hack that I could do.  Tried
repairing IE and still did not help.  Could anyone suggest a possible fix?

Using IE 5.5 with Win 98SE and all patches including the 128 bit security.
