I have installed on my PentiumII 300 MMX, 64Mb RAM, AGP S3 Accelerator
card, 32X Creative CD Rom &  Xing VCD player. Yet, I am unable to send
the output of a VCD to a TV(which has A/V), even though I am able to
view the VCD on the Monitor of the computer. What else has to be
installed?
        I shall appreciate advice about this.
