When ever you boot into safe mode, the start bar moves to the bottom
(default) position and remains there even after a normal boot until you
move it somewhere else. The easiest way I find to do this is to position
the mouse over a blank area on the start bar, right click and hold, then
drag and drop it to where you what it. Also, if you use auto hide, you will
have to enable that feature again after a safe mode boot. Additionally,
you will also have to re-size the start bar if you do not use the default
size.
May your holidays be joy-filled, fun and abundant,

Subject: Alt+Spacebar??
The other day I was fiddling with Alt+Spacebar and somehow the tool
bar moved to the top of the screen. I don't know what I did. However
when I went into safe mode to defragment, the toolbar moved down and
has stayed down.I found it convenient to have the toolbar up top but
don't know what I did. Can anyone tell me or point me to where I can
get all the Alt+Space bar functions?
TIA.....
