In Outlook 97, if you have installed the Office 97 Service Pack 1 (SR1) or the
Internet email upgrade, you can click on Tools, then Options. There will be a
tab there called "Internet Email". On that tab is an option for choosing line
wrap, and how many characters you wish it to wrap at. The internet standard is
76-80 characters.
