Check to see if they are in your recycle bin and, if they are, restore them.

Did you actually delete the games or just the shortcuts. You can create 
new desktop shortcuts by finding the application files in the Windows 
directory, right click on each one you want and then "send to" the desktop.

If you actually deleted the applications, you will have to get them from 
the Windows disk as William mentioned.
