I have an IBM, Aptiva E Series 270 and it has Windows 98. I recently
insjtalled some new software called "ZipMagic". After installing it, I kept
getting the error message that the system date was wrong and needed
correcting. I have never had the date problem before installing "ZipMagic",
so, I went to the Add/Remove Programs in Windows and uninstalled it. After
restarting Windows there was no date-error message. After that I wanted to
install the software for my digital camera, but it wouldn't install. The
error message said "application error." Exception ERes Not found in module
CDSETUP.EXE@000A:0B06 Resource T SetupAppForm not found. Then, I tried to
install a program which had previously been installed (and later removed
because I didn't use it)successfully and this is the message I received:
Isset_se Message: An error has occurred in your program. Does anyone have
an idea as to what is going on? I cannot use my CD drive to load new
software which I need to do immediately. Any help will be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.
