I recently upgraded to Office Professional 2003 and since that time I can not copy and past anything from the web to my Word documents that has a picture or graphic in it. The written comes over but not any pictures.  I tried to download ststionary from Microsoft office and only got a blank page.  None of the designs would download.
Can someone help with this problem?  I am a bit of a novice with these things and would appreciate any help.
