Hi Harsha,
I had the same problem, and my ISP recommended that I upgrade to
Netscape 6 ?
This worked, but caused another problem, in that 'N6' is always trying
to phone home, and also tell me things I don't want to know about.
I don't really know the answer because I'm busy migrating to Linux.
However, try totally deleting 'Netscape 6' and all components (if you
can find them)
and then re-install the old (4.7?) version.
It won't have escaped your notice that there was no 'Netscape 5'
