Good morning Ian

You might want to mention which operating system you are using as
this file might be common to say WinME  and no other operating
system.

Have you tried finding the file itself and right click ->
properties to see if it will tell you anything ?

I just looked for it and I don't have it on a Win98SE so its not
a native file for that operating system
