Find and install TweakUI from the Win98 CD.
CD-ROM:\tools\reskit\powertoy\tweakui\readme.txt for instructions.
You "might" have to remember that path and "point" the install
program there if it asks for a floppy or disk.
Tweak UI will be found in the Control Panel, (only if you installed it.)
Use the Desktop Tab to add remove icons.
