  I can't swear it's impossible, but it would require the cooperation of
code in whatever reader deciphers the file, either dur to a bug, a
misfeature, or deliberate malware.  I don't believe I've seen any reports
that the necessary defect has been found in Adobe Acrobat Reader, so it's
probably pretty safe.
