Yes, it's still Explorer on XP, same as old. Just hit the Windows key + e.

It's a real pain at first, finding that just about everything in XP ain't
where it oughtta be.

But you'll soon get used to it.

My suggestion:  When you find things you may use quite often, backspace to
the parent folder and then create a shortcut, and send the shortcut to the
desktop. At least until you get used to finding your way round XP. If
desktop starts to look cluttered, subdivide it into various folders.
