In addition to the previously mentioned possibility that your computer is
running a filtering software, the following are possibilities:
- Your Internet provider might have filters that have to be set. (AOL has
this, and different screen names can have different abilities in terms of
site access, downloading, receiving pictures, chatting, etc.)
- If you are using IE, there are password accessed settings via
tools/Internet options/content
- The site itself may have some sort of password system.
