I want to use Norton's Disk tools to defrag my PC's disks.  I am able to to
this with three of the drives, but the other all give an error, telling me
that "Another program is accessing the disk".  There is, as far as I know,
no other program running at the time.  Does anyone know how to find out
what other processes are accessing the drives in question?

The PC specs are:
Pentium III 800 Mhz
Disk 1: 30Gb partitioned in 5 drives of equal size.
Disk 2: 30Gb as one drive.
256Mb Ram
O/S: Windows 98 SE

If you run the battery of tests at www.pcpitstop.com , you'll get a detailed list of everything running on your machine, as
well as many helpful hints to solve problems you didn't know you had. If you run the tests, it's wise to disable anti-virus
