Rookie here, getting a series of error messages that I suspect are
directly related to my teenager downloading stuff. The following happens
upon restarting my PC, which is running Windows 98:
1. Unhandled exception: c0000005 at address: 10001668

2. CMANAGER application fatal error - unable to connect to the CCD
process

3. Pgmonitor - illegal operation...will be shut down.

I'm a technical writer and I teach MS Office basics, but these errors
are beyond my experience. Help?? Thanks.
