I run XP....I downloaded  a Spyware program and used it...now I keep getting "running error" from" BackWeb"...a tech at BestBuy told me to delete the BackWeb folder in the ad/remove but it won't let me...now what?...it's an pain to have to keep closing this error window....it also will stop games and put them into my taskbar until I close the error message....would appreciate the help...thank you....Peggy Cooper
