Ian: I run AVG on XP home. AVG needs to be configured and the latest virus
data downloaded

In addition to AVG I also use Mailcleaner, but I have to admit AVG has
caught the very few vurii I've unwittingly downloaded.

I also do a regular scan (once a week) of all my files with the latest
definitions.
