Thanks for the great suggestion.

It worked but only partly, because now everytime I boot up it says that
it found new hardware and tries to install it. If I catch it in time I am
able to stop it.

Anyway of turning off the this function?

Boot in safe mode with the administrator profile and look for it that way
and
see if you can  delete it then...look in device manager but change the
view
to see hidden devices and you might see something there like a USB
connection
with a problem.
