Hi All: I recently re-installed WIN98(SE) and when
attempting to setup my ISP configurations I was denied
access to the Internet Connection Wizard with a prompt
informing me that..."internet connection wizard HELPER
COMPONANT failed to load" I even RE installed WIN98 to
no avail. the prompt keeps coming up. Also: my taskbar
at bottom of page is too large and interferes with the
scroll button and desktop logos. Can anyone help?
