The file you want, WRITE.EXE is in a cab file on your Windows95 install
CD.  In the WIN95 directory on the CD, find  WIN95_03.CAB.  The file is
inside this cab file.  If you do not have a means to extract from a cab file,
WINZIP will do it, you can download it from:  http://www.winzip.com
