Amado:

It would help diagnose the problem if you tell us the O/S you are using
and give us a printout of the first 18 lines of the CONFIG.SYS file.

As Patrick Blacksaid, I would suggest you see if you have the statement

        Device=C:\DOS\EMM386.EXE

spelled correctly. Also check to see if it's the correct O/S version, in
the correct directory.

NOTE: in Win95, the file is in C:\WINDOWS
