Subj: Ram
I have been told by my computer expert that shutting down programs doesn't
always free up ram.
The only way to really free up ram is to do a RESTART .
One example of this is if you have AOL running then shut it down and go to
another program the ram used by the AOL program is still not free to be
reused by some other program
