I recently upgraded to a 19" monitor and changed my desktop settings from
800x600 to 1024x768.  Everything looks great except that my desktop toolbar
now shows the very top edge of non-showing icons in the Quick Launch
Bar.  I can't make the toolbar any smaller without compressing it completely.
Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?  I've tried playing with desktop
icon spacing but that doesn't seem to be affecting the Quick Launch Bar.
