I think the actual problem is that the CD is read only and that
is what is referred to in the message...
To write to a CD, you need a CD burner drive, a CD disk type
that is CD/RW, and packet writing software, (WinXP has
"some" of this functionality built in...)
Sometimes you have to specially prepare the CD/RW disk,
and sometimes not... There are MANY variables when you
get into burning with the various programs (or OSs), and
the different file systems that "can" be used when burning CDs...
