I recommend http://spamcop.net . They exist primarily as a tool for
filing complaints of spam, but they've got a set of helpful pages on
extracting full message heasers from various email programs, and a page you
can drop a message with extracted headers into and see where it came from.
(It's not the world's friendliest interface, so if you can't decipher the
results, you could send me the headers and I'll take a crack at it.)
Most of what it does *can* be done by a knowledgable human, but it's
better than I am at spotting faked/forged header entries...
