Carol,

I searched Symantec for "i-worm yaha.k" and got 173 results.  There are
apparently many variations of this worm.
I suggest you go here
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/
with their computer and perform the "Free Online Virus and Security Check"
(the link is about halfway down the page in small print).  This should
identify the worm in Symantec's terms and you can then follow their links or
do a search in their library for removal information.  They usually have
free tools available and/or manual removal information.
