Open your new OE version 5, then click FILE -- IMPORT -- MESSAGES --
MS OE 4. Now click the NEXT button, and then click the BROWSE button.

Change to the folder which contains your old mail files and select
the INBOX and any other folders you wish to import.

From: MRS Kumari Jeeneea <[log in to unmask]>

I recently updated my Ms Outlook Express version to version 5 from the
internet.
Later I found that none of the mail in my previous 'Inbox' folder has been
transferred to my new 'inbox' folder.
I managed to find out where the mail has gone but I cannot open them. It
has become of the type ".idx" and I don't know how to be able to read
through it.
Can anybody suggest how to help me out?
Thanks in advance,
Kumari
