E-mail server? I think You mean client. Others - Mozilla
Thunderbird --like  OE  it has also Usenet client.

I have used Pegasus mail - somewhat old feeling if
not changed very recently,  look is mush improved
today but free and have excellent filtering possibilities.
Has quite good possibilities to send newsletters and
together with Mercury/32  e-mail sever very good.

If You ready to pay - Eudora. There is also adware version
what lacks anti-spam features.

Another good shareware by reviews - I tested it years ago
and then it was good is The Bat!

In shareware e-mail clients are number with specific features
like intended  for e-mail newsletters or build in encryption etc.
