If not protected it is possible to copy and paste. There is
possibilities to convert to Word but I don't know
about freeware. I think that there was freeware
what allowed to 'print'  pdf to HTML but I'm not sure
using  now few years Adobe Acrobat.

Most forms here what you can download are fillable but
IIRC you must save them first to hard disk and then
open in Adobe Reader.

I am job hunting and online applications often come as .pdf. but I would like
to fill out on puter then print.

or... I there a way to do this as .pdf... I havent found one.
