Fred,

There is nothing in the documentation to indicate that this modem is a
"MWAVE" modem.  It is F34PVS card.  Of course that does not mean that it
isn't.  How would I tell.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several
times.  No luck on the prob.  Any other suggestions?  Thanks for the first
suggestion.
