A friend of mine has installed a program called Instant Cashbook onto his computer.  He then uninstalled  because it was corrupt.
He was given a replacement program then reinstalled this.
When he goes to open the program it says there is a workstation already using it and he must close it down...He cannot....
Any ideas.
