Lynn, you might be well served by taking your problem to the Netscape
Secure Newsgroups.  You can accomplish this by going to this
URL   http://help.netscape.com/nuggies/    using Netscape Navigator
(Communicator).  You will need to use Netscape's newsreader.

I find Communicator moderately unstable.  I'm using 4.6. I have not
downloaded 4.7 because comments on the aforementioned newsgroup indicate
considerable problems with it.  The suggestion that you might be better
satisfied with the latest of the 4.0x series is probably a good one.  It's
possible to have both versions as well as IE on your machine.  Just install
in a custom folder.  However, back up your bookmarks and mailboxes before
installing.
