Windows98 updates and patches (Sept. 99 through Feb.03) may be downloaded for
later install at www.microsoft.com/windows98/downloads/corporate.asp.
I downloaded all updates along with each information bulletin to one large folder and then burned it to a cd for later use.  You will get a warning by CD creator that a name or two will have to be changed but it  won’t matter because the number on the bulletin will match the number on the update.
