Right Click on a blank area of your desktop.
Choose Properties. The Display Properties window will open.
Select the Desktop tab.
At the bottom of the window choose Customize Desktop.
This will open a Desktop Items window.
Under the General Tab on this window check the box that says "My Network
Places"
