I was having a problem accessing my tape drive and was told by Seagate to
exit to the DOS prompt and type REGEDIT /E A.TXT and came up with UNABLE TO
OPEN REGISTRY message.  I was then told that my registry was messed up.  I
got ms on the phone and went through the same procedure and then got cut
off.  I had reinstalled win95 without uninstalling ie4.  Could that have
created this problem?  Any idea of how to fix it?
