How do you recover a disappearing pulldown menu on Microssoft Word 2K?  This
is a component of Winworks 2K from which installation went very smoothly
only to find out Word comes up and run without the pulldown menu.  All you
see on your screen is a blue square screen that's unmistakeably Word 2K.

System:  PIII 500MHz, 128 MB RAM, 10 Gig HD, CDR/CDR-W, Windows 98 SS/E
