Preston,
You will need to write a formula in a spare column to concatenate the three
fields, it might help if I knew what the fields were, but in simple terms,
the formula would look like this (assuming you want to combine columns A, B
& C. =a1&b1&c1. If Cell A1 was Mr, B1 was Mike, and C1 was Smith, the result
would be MrMikeSmith, to get a space between the references in each cell use
the following =a1&" "&b1&" "&c1 (result= Mr Mike Smith). The next step is
taking that data, and importing it into Eudora (which I know nothing about).
Before you import it, make sure you copy the results of the formula, and use
paste special, place them into another (or the same column) as text only.
Cheers

Using data an excel file which contains many records (rows) in a 16 column
format, I would like to be able to create a list in text format using three
of the fields. This list become a list of e-mail addresses that would be
used by Eudora to send an e-mail (preferably personalized) to about 350
folks (alumni). Can this be done?
Thanks
Preston
