Dear Patrick,

The problem is probably in your Windows Hosts file, (an obsolete entry).

Delete the file, (or change it's name), or better still, get a Hosts file
manager like FastNet 99.  With it you can validate all of the Hosts file
entries.
The Hosts file is functionally useful, but non-essential: it speeds up
surfing a little by providing onboard DNS translations.
