Recently installed a new WD hard drive.  Re-installed Window 95b and the
rest of my programs to the new drive.  However the computer takes over 30
seconds to go from "windows is shutting down the computer" to "it is now
safe to turn off the computer".  I have a Pentium 150, 32 mb.  This is
considerably slower then it used to be.  There were no other hardware
changes.
