none. for that matter you should not have any problems with IE also because lots of people use it satisfactorily though there are security problems galore withh all browsers.

have you installed xp1, xp2 on you win xp home? which version is IE ? JUST 6.0 or have you done any updates? click on help in IE and then on "aboutIE". it will give you all you details. post to the list.
  
it also seems that some other program in your system is accessing DDE.

all this ofcourse if you want to investigate further... or simply try firefox.
