You can't go wrong with Photoshop, but the learning curve is a bit steep.
I've seen features such as you mention in Adobe Photo Deluxe, but they are
very limited. I understand the police use specialized programs for such
purposes, and I imagine they are even more expensive than Photoshop. You may
wish to submit this question to the Adobe Forums

Need to see if anyone can help with some type of software I can alter or
changed photos. Have PI business and trying to change beards from gray
to black, bald heads with hair etc. If you can head me in the right
direction I would appreciate it.
