Hi!
Why don't you simply change your default home page to another URL you often
use? That's what I did: my default home page is MY personal web page, so I
always connect with no problem at all. Microsoft's web site is most of the
time busy, so you can get such messages since the server can't connect you
in.
If you wish to change you rdefault home page, simply click on "View", then
"Internet Options" and then change the address in the "Homepage" frame to
whatever you like.
