It's simple -- just click "new", insert the first floppy into the drive,
select the floppy drive and give a name to the new archive you want to
create (********.zip).  Then select the files you want to add to the
archive, and if they're too big to fit on a single floppy, it will ask for
the next disk.

You don't get a chance to look at the contents of each disk you insert
(though you can choose to delete anything already there or, presumably,
leave it alone, though I've never tried this option) so it's a good idea to
have several disks that you know are blank ready to go.
