When trying to open a file immediately after downloading I got this message:  "An error occurred while loading the file C:My Download Files\enditall.zip.  The file is damaged or is not a valid Dr. Watson log file."  Is the file damaged in my system here, or was it a damaged file at the other end?  As far as the rest of the message; I haven't a clue what Dr. Watson's log file is.  I can sure use some help and guidance on this.  For obvious reasons, keep in mind that I'm not too well versed in computer operations, so a step-by-step approach would be of inestimable value.  Thanks very much for listening to me.  Jim
