If you run SpywareBlaster, you may have blocked it there.
Open SpywareBlaster, Select "Tools" from the list on the left side.
Five boxes/buttons run across the top of the Tools window.
The fourth button is Flash Killer. Click on this.
There is a description and some information about Macromedia Flash and a checkbox.
If the box is checked, Flash is disabled.
If unchecked, it is enabled.
Hope this helps,
Anna Summers

I am able to download from other sites. I believe at some point I blocked
Macromedia Flash Player as I read that it could be bad. Now I have
forgotten what I did to block it. I have checked NIS and IE Internet
Options and can't find it. There is no error box when I try to download.
Nothing happens.
